Study on the Socio-Economic Impact of Coca-Cola in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2023 Presented

After months of preparation and planning, the PRIME Communications team, in collaboration with the Coca-Cola HBC B-H team, organized an event for Coca-Cola stakeholders in Bosnia and Herzegovina to present the 2023 Socio-Economic Impact Study.

The study results show that the total value of Coca-Cola’s contribution to the Bosnian economy in 2023 amounted to 303 million BAM, with 39 million BAM coming directly from Coca-Cola and an additional 264 million BAM indirectly supported. This means that every convertible mark generated by Coca-Cola adds an additional 6.7 BAM to the Bosnian economy. As one of the key employers in BiH, Coca-Cola directly employed 271 people in 2023, while impacting an additional 10,665 jobs within its value chain.

This marks the fifth Socio-Economic Impact Study presented by Coca-Cola in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the first one published in 2015 for its operations in 2014.
